Paddle Registration

To ensure you're fully covered by our warranty, every PBPRO pickleball paddle must be registered—protect your investment and enjoy peace of mind knowing you're backed by our trusted warranty policy.

  • Register your PBPRO paddle within 30 days of purchase to activate your warranty.
  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the original purchaser.
  • Be sure to keep your proof of purchase, such as a receipt or email confirmation.
  • If you bought your paddle from Dick's Sporting Goods, Bass Pro Shops, Target, or a Club Pro Shop, or on www.pbpropickleball.com registration is required to ensure full coverage.

Warranty: 

PBPRO Pickleball paddles come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering manufacturer defects.

Please note, the following situations are NOT covered under the warranty: (However, please reach out to us—we’ll assist you).

  • Normal wear (edgeguard and grip) and tear, misuse, or negligence
  • Any modifications made to the paddle post-purchase
  • Fading or peeling of graphics
  • Damage from hitting objects other than a pickleball, such as the ground or other paddles, which can weaken the paddle or loosen the edgeguard
  • Purchases by anyone other than the original buyer
  • Purchases from unauthorized PBPRO dealers

Normal Wear: 

  • The edge guard, which adds perimeter weighting and protects the paddle, will eventually wear down from scraping the ground and may loosen with repeated contact.
  • Similarly, the grip will need replacement as it wears, depending on your frequency of play.
  • These are considered normal wear and tear, not manufacturing defects.

Submit a Warranty Claim if any of this happens within 30 days of your purchase: 

  • Deadspots
  • Clearly visible defects
